I must admit visualization really does work.I recently started playing table tennis however, before that I played basketball. before every basketball game i would get too the arena way before warm up.I would find me a quiet place and just sit and visualize the game how i should react in certain situation. I say all that to say that visualization really works. thank you for reminding me of it.I will be rsorting to it again.

Listen to Marvin. He knows what he is talking about. Visualization is THE number 1 power utilized by all the greats of the world. Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods, Edison, they all knew the importance of visualization and you should too.

Good luck to all of you and remember to focus on what you want (victory) and not what you are trying to avoid (losing). There is a HUGE difference between the two. As they say in martial arts:

"If you think you might lose, you've already lost."

When I started employing visualization techniques my game improved dramatically. If you really get in the habit and CLEARLY visualize yourself performing how you want to... there's no question it will have a positive effect.
