So, I want to briefly present to you guys, a really important subject:Training.
I see that there's a lot of players out there that want to become professional athletes, and maybe that's your case, dear reader, so, let's talk about it.
Dealing with our mind
Inside of each one of us, we build comparison scales, to do anything, and sometimes, these scales lead us to failure if we don't adjust them.
Each one of us will reach the point that we'll think:" I cannot do this because I'm not talented enough",or even "I'm not as fast as Ma Long so I'll never attain such level",and at this point, we need to change our thoughts, and, instead of thinking like I said before, start believing that is really possible to be a high level player.
Comparison scales
I think this is the most important thing to consider when you want to motivate yourself, because you need to think that the effort you're doing when practicing, is minimum, if compared to your reward in the future, so what I usually find is, players that really wished to become pro players, but thought their efforts were too high for the reward.
About Practicing
It all depends on which level you want to reach, where you want to go with your table tennis, so ,if you want to become a pro player, start considering the possibility to change the way you think, practice seriously and good luck!
