Return Policy

Before returning any item, you must contact Customer Support at support(at)tabletennismaster.com and we will respond with details on where to return your DVD(s) for a refund.

Only Table Tennis Master DVDs returned within 90 days of purchase in re-sellable condition are eligible for a 100% refund, shipping not included. Please ensure DVD is free of scratches, all original packaging is intact and damage free. Returned products that are not in perfect condition (i.e. scratched disc, damaged case, torn packaging or any other flaws) will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

• The customer assumes responsibility for all returned product up to delivery at our warehouse, shipping via an insurable carrier with tracking is recommended. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

• Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for replacement or refund.

• Under normal operation, returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt at Table Tennis Master.com

• If you have received a product that is damaged immediately notify Table Tennis Master within five (5) days of receipt. Any damages reported after 5 days will not be considered for refund or exchange.
